Fire Chief Bruce Kline
 Fire
Chief Bruce Kline has dedicated 38 years of distinguished service to
the fire profession, all within Beaufort County. His career began
with the City of Beaufort, where he developed the foundation of
leadership, operational excellance, and community commitment that
would define his career.
Since 2005, Chief Kline has served as
Fire Chief of the Lady's Island-St. Helena fire Discrict.. Under his
leadership, the district has grown into a fully staffed, modern fire
service ageny operationg five stations, each staffed24/7/365 by
highly trained career fire fighters. The district currently employs
70 members who serve the community with professionlism and
dedication.
Meetings are open to the public.

Membership Dues for 2026:
In order for us to monitor and maintain Lady’s Island to the best of our ability your membership is very important. Beginning in January 2026 our membership dues will increase to $75. Your membership dues goes to pay insurance for our monthly meeting site, refreshments, and yearly special projects that help and enhance the Lady’s Island community. |
